Oil Filter & Engine Oil Service Every 3,000 Miles/6 Months
We recommend the consistent use of SF/CC or SF/CD quality energy-conserving oils of the proper viscosity. Remember that your oil & filter should always be replaced as soon as possible after driving in conditions such as a dust storm, even if it is not time for your vehicle's scheduled maintenance.

Chassis Lubrication Service Every 5,000 Miles

PCV System Inspection Every 10,000 Miles

Check that the PCV system is working correctly. Replace any valve or worn, plugged, or collapsed hoses as necessary.

Fuel Filter Replacement Service Every 3,000/5,000 Miles
The fuel filter should be changed at specific intervals; however, you should change it immediately if it should become clogged or partially blocked.

Air Cleaner Replacement Service Every 3,000/5,000 Miles

Replace often under dusty condition, otherwise, you may replace it at specific intervals.

Engine Accessory Drive Belts Inspection Every 10,000 Miles

Belts should be inspected for fraying, wear, cracks, and improper tension. They will need to be replaced or adjusted as needed.

Valve Adjustments: Refer to Chassis Owners Manual

Front Wheel Bearing Re-Pack Service Every 12,000 Miles/18 Months
Your vehicle's front wheel bearings will need to be cleaned and repacked at each brake relining or at specified intervals, whichever should come first.

Transmission Service
For Automatic Transmissions: The transmission fluid and filter should be changed every 25,000 miles. You will want to have your transmission serviced more often if your vehicle is primarily utilized under any of the following conditions:

- Heavy city traffic where outside temperature consistently reaches 90 degrees
or above.
- Delivery or taxi service usage.
- Usage in steep or mountainous terrain.
-
Frequent trailer or boat pulling.

Fuel Tank, Cap and Lines Inspection Every 20,000 Miles
The fuel tank, cap, and lines should be inspected for damage or leaks. Simply remove the fuel cap and check the gasket for an even filler neck imprint and any signs of damage. Replace parts as necessary.

Cooling System Service Every 24,000 Miles/24 Months
Drain, flush, and refill the Cooling System with new coolant.

Rear Axle Service Every 12,000/15,000 Miles

- Block Heater: Before winter, be sure to check the engine block heater to ensure that it is working properly.
-
Hydraulic Lines: At every 3,000 miles, check the hydraulic lines going to the hydraulic fan motor.
-
Air Ride: Once a week, check filter in the air ride system and bleed off any water. You may want to do this more often during the winter months.
